Liverpool Now EP
Glasswerk is enjoying the musical talents in its home town, Liverpool, at the moment, and has decided to help the scene out. Friday 1st July will be the inaugural release date for Liverpool Now, a compilation EP featuring the best up and coming bands from Liverpool and the surrounding area. Handpicked bands and artists that regularly perform on Glasswerk concerts, it will feature – 3D Radio, The Skeleton Keys, Einsteins In My Cellar, The Vigilantes and Dearest Enemy.
The CD will be released on Friday 1st July with a launch show at the O2 Academy2 Liverpool. Each attendee will be given a copy of the CD upon entrance.
For the artists appearing on the CD the benefits are obvious, giving them the chance to have their music heard by a fresh new audience, have their name bandied about and have their music reviewed and featured in the local press.
There is one spot left to fill on the CD so we are asking our loyal readers to vote for the band they want to see appear on there.
All you have to do is email in to mail and put the name of the band you are voting for in the email.
