The Darkness Announce Original Line Up UK Tour

Following on from warm-up shows at the Shepherds Bush Empire and a main stage spectacular at Download over the weekend, The Darkness have announced that they are to tour extensively around the UK in November.

The tour is to be the first from the original line-up sine 2005, and the most far-reaching and all-encompassing since the group slogged around in a clapped-out transit van.

2003's Permission To Land instantly propelled the band to the fore, offering a glam/indie/rock/pop angle that was previously untapped.

The Darkness kick off their November tour at the Liverpool O2 Academy on November 8th, before calling in on venues in England, Scotland, Northern Ireland and Ireland.
