FrightFest Week: Summers Past

FrightFest is getting close and on Friday there’ll be an announcement of the entire schedule of films showing.

We already know that the Guillermo Del Toro produced Don’t Be Afraid Of The Dark will be opening the festival, while British endeavour A Lonely Place To Die will be the closing film. As we lead up to this, let’s take a peek back in time at the previous festivals.

FrightFest was founded in 2000 and even though it was a small festival taking place at the Prince Charles Cinema in London, right from the get-go it had some high profile films and talent. Since then the only way’s been up; after 11 years it’s now housed at the Empire Leicester Square on two screens and over five days.

We present to you now the full playlists as they were for each London-based FrightFest as well as where the festival was housed.
