Following the release this year of new album Speed of Darkness, Flogging Molly are to return to the UK for a full headline tour this November, it has been announced.
The band performed at Glastonbury last weekend as well as a string of European festival shows, with the seven-piece Celtic punk ensemble playing songs from their latest record – the first to be released on their own record label, Borstal Beat.
Recorded with producer Ryan Hewitt (Red Hot Chili Peppers, The Avett Brothers), the album debuted at number nine in the US Billboard charts and followed up 2008's Float, which sold in excess of 80,000 in the UK and Europe.
The November tour kicks off on November 3rd in Portsmouth, with shows in London, Manchester, Norwich, Nottingham, Wolverhampton and Cardiff following. More information can be found by following this link.
