Free mp3: Real Estate Announce New Album

New Jersey's Real Estate are to release their new album Days through Domino Record Co. on October 17th, it has been announced.

Recorded in Upstate New York through the late winter/spring of 2011 with Kevin McMahon (The Walkmen, Titus Andronicus), Days is full of achingly melancholy pop songs and is the band's follow up to 2009's eponymous debut.

A single from the album entitled “It's Real” will precede the album on October 10th, and is to be released on 7″ vinyl.
