Rodrigo Y Gabriela Release New Live Album, EU Festival Dates

Riding high on the global success that was their Hans Zimmer collaboration for the Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides movie, Rod & Gab have announced details of a new live album and live European festival dates this summer.

Live in France is out July 25th and was recorded at various events around the Fifth Republic on the 11:11 world tour. Released through Rubyworks, it's a different live album to 2008's Live in Japan, which marked the end of seated performances for the duo.

Rodrigo y Gabriela are to play festivals across Europe this summer, including WOMAD Festival (July 30th – Malmesbury), @ The Park (July 31st – Dublin) and The Big Chill (August 7th – Ledbury).
