Maxïmo Park Announce Surprise Charity Show This Week

Maxïmo Park have announced that they are to play a intimate show in aid of the Teenage Cancer Trust on Thursday July 21st at The Cluny in their home town of Newcastle.

Lead singer Paul Smith commented: “Since we’re hard at work on our fourth album, those who make it down will bear witness to our only Newcastle show this year. We thought it would be good if we could donate any proceeds form the gig to the Teenage Cancer Trust who help people in the RVI, our local hospital.”

Tickets for the gig are only available on the door at The Cluny from midday on Thursday July 21st, priced at just £6.
