Skrillex Unveils New Video, Announces UK Dates

Emerging as one of America's biggest breakthrough artist is Skrillex – the dubstep DJ, producer and remix artist extraordinaire. He has this morning announced details of his world-wide Mothership Tour, with the UK leg taking place this coming November.

Above is the video for his track “Rock n Roll (Will Take You to the Mountain)”.

Aka Sonny Moore, Skrillex's sound combines dustup, electro and glitch to form something that's instantly recognisable amongst today's plethora of electronic music. He smashed clubs and festivals around the world last month – including a performance at London's Victoria Park supporting deadmau5 in front of nearly 25,000 people.

He's also to perform at Creamfields UK this August Bank Holiday Weekend, as well as Global Gathering on July 30th. His UK tour kicks off on November 16th and includes dates in London, Manchester, Glasgow, Sheffield, Bristol and Nottingham.

He comments: “This is going to be an incredible tour, I wanted a diverse line-up and I wanted to showcase great music, great people, and great times!” 

Joining Skrillex as support on the UK leg of his world tour are Flux Pavilion, KOAN Sound and a Feed Me DJ set.
