Coldplay Announce Fifth Studio Album

Coldplay have announced that they are to release their fifth studio album Mylo Xyloto (pronounced my-lo zy-letoe) on October 24th through Parlophone Records.

Produced by Markus Dravs, Daniel Green and Rik Simpson, with additional composition by Brian Eno, Mylo Xyloto follows 2008's Viva La Vida, which hit number one in 36 countries – including the UK and USA.

Released digitally, on CD and vinyl, it includes “Paradise” – the band's forthcoming single and follow-up to “Every Teardrop Is A Waterfall”. “Paradise” is due for a September 12th release.
