FrightFest 2012 Countdown

Film4 FrightFest Glasgow is set to take place on Friday 24th and Saturday 25th February 2012 once more at the Glasgow Film Theatre. This makes the seventh straight year in a row that this event has been held and this time it’s grown in size to eleven fantastic premieres and previews plus special events to keep you on the edge of your seats for two action-packed days.

The line-up has to be kept Top Secret until January 18th but there are a couple of clues to the titles that will be showing? Here’s an anagram of the showcase closer: BRAS TUNE UMA. Another is in all the details, and they have given us: Stravinsky.

As for our special guests this year, let’s just say there will be a uniquely Italian flavour to the personalities.

With Dracula 3D due for release next year the editor suddenly got hot under the collar at the idea of Asia Argento attending his home town. But we suspect that may be wish fulfillment; so we may have to settle for her Director father Dario instead. We won’t know who is coming until late Jan!

Tickets go on sale on January 19, one month from today.
