Following the massive success of the band’s major label debut ‘Fools & Worthless Liars’ and a phenomenal set of shows around the UK with You Me At Six, Deaf Havana are set to tour the UK in Spring next year for some of their biggest headline shows to date.
Deah Havana front-man, James Veck-Gilodi says of the tour –
“We are SO excited to finally get out on the road and headline again. We've spent the last year or so writing and recording thealbum and been lucky enough to have some amazing support shows with You Me At Six and Architects but to be able to go out and play songs from Fools and Worthless Liars and headline is going to be great. Our first ever headline tour last year blew our minds when it all sold out so hopefully this will do the same. The reaction to the album has been amazing and we have had the best year ever so to be able to tour the album properly will be great. What to expect from the shows? I just guess we go out and put on an honest show, no gimmicks, it's just about the people there who hopefully like us for the right reasons – they connect with our music.”
Joining them on the road will be Michigan punk-rockers, The Swellers. James adds –
“Supports? Well we've got The Swellers out which is amazing, we are all massive fans so when they said they wanted to be involved it was brilliant, we'll also be announcing another great band soon. We wanted to make sure that the £10 you spend on a ticket is well worth it and the touring package we have is really exciting, especially as we are just four idiots from tiny villages”
