New releases: 23 January 2012

In a week where Canadian rocker Neil Young has criticised the poor sound quality of 21st century music there’s plenty of new releases on the shelves. Or the download lists of you prefer.

Hold Steady frontman Craig Finn (pictured) has a new solo album out this week, ‘Clear Heart Full Eyes”. And the fourth album from Mull Historical Society, 'City Awakenings' is also out if you prefer something folkier.

Lana Del Rey previews her debut album 'Born To Die' by releasing its title track as a single, while there are also new singles out from veteran Leonard Cohen, Professor Green and Bon Iver.
