Portishead Duo's New Band Get The Blessing: Debut Video

Get The Blessing debut their video for the title track to their new album ‘OC DC’ on their website link – and right here on Glasswerk.

The Bristol-based four-piece have deftly ploughed their jazzy post-rock furrow since the release of their debut All Is Yes back in 2008. OC DC exudes energy and invention at every turn from the title track to its closer ‘Pentopia’. With Robert Wyatt, legendary composer and musician guesting on ‘American Meccano’, OC DC is a remarkable album and will be released on March 5th through Naim Jazz.

Get The Blessing are comprised of Sax player Jake McMurchie, trumpeter Pete Judge and Portishead duo drummer Clive Dreamer and bassist Jim Barr.
