EMA has announced a Spring 2012 UK headline tour, including a stop off at Brighton’s Great Escape festival.
Last year’s Great Escape saw Erika M Anderson and her band become the talk of the festival, putting in an extra last minute show due to popular demand.
Since then she has toured the world; released her stunning debut album ‘Past Life Martyred Saints’ (Souterrain Transmissions) which charted in just about every end of year poll going; baffled critics with her surprise 7” single ‘Angelo’ featuring rapper Mz'Gorjis; and moved us all on Valentine’s Day last month with digital single ‘Take One Two’. The latter single was accompanied by a personal video of a young Erika & her friends with all proceeds being donated to anti-bullying charity The Jamie Isaacs Foundation.
