FIELD DAY CONFIRM EXCITING LINE UP ADDITIONS

Field Day, London’s most ambitious and forward-thinking festival, is pleased to announce more names on the burgeoning line up. Confirmed for 2012 are dark yet danceable Canadian electronic trio Austra, London songstress Jessie Ware, who continues to cement her reputation as one of the most exciting vocalists to emerge from the UK underground following acclaimed collaborations with artists including Sampha and SBTRKT, and hotly tipped newcomers Citizens!, whose debut album has been produced by none other than Field Day headliner Alex Kapranos of Franz Ferdinand.

Known for his invigorating house and techno, German DJ and producer Kassem Mosse will be playing live at Victoria Park alongside Bristol’s finest export Eats Everything and legendary Charlatans frontman Tim Burgess, who is currently collaborating with fellow Field Day artist R. Stevie Moore on a definitive compilation album, and who recently announced the release date of his highly anticipated memoir, Telling Stories, which will hit bookstores in late April. To hear Tim talking about these exciting projects and more, tune in to the first Field Day Radio Show
