Simian Mobile Disco – Put Your Hands Together

Simian Mobile Disco have unveiled their latest video from their forthcoming album “Unpatterns” – the mind-strobing, eye-melting animated tour de force that is “Put Your Hands Together”.

Just as the duo of James Ford and Jas Shaw are pushing themselves into heretofore unexplored electronic terrain with “Unpatterns”, so this video pushes the envelope of design and animation to new heights, with ISO Studios’ Hans Lo creating an extraordinary 7 minute odd odyssey of rapidly mutating lines and shapes which strangely mirror the beats and pulses of the track itself, ending up as something endlessly mesmerizing and gently hypnotic.

This summer will also see Simian Mobile Disco embarking on a string of dates all across the world, taking in their own headline shows as well as festival dates – including their only live show of the summer at the world renowned Sonar in June.
