King Charles announces new single 'The Brightest Lights' to be released on 19th July 2012, taken from debut album 'LoveBlood' released this week. 'LoveBlood' has entered the UK mid-week charts at Number 19.
'Brightest Lights' features every member of Mumford & Sons who add their joyous harmonies to what will surely become a much loved festival favourite.
“I'm very pleased to be releasing my single about the brightest lights. It features my old friends Mumford & Sons who we invited over for a country shred-off at the Mi7 studios. We all started with a shared love for country music and this is the most country track on the whole album. Long live the King!”
Last week it was announced that renowned artist Johan Andersson, made famous for his Amy Winehouse portrait that hung in Camden Underground station, has chosen King Charles as his next muse and will paint a portrait of King Charles as part of his 'Stolen Faces' exhibition, due to begin at Englefield House on 11th March.
