FREE DOWNLOAD: The Fresh & Onlys

Souterrain Transmissions have announced their latest signing for Autumn 2012, with the supremely talented (if a bit shaggy looking) San Franciscan four The Fresh & Onlys.

With previous releases for labels such as In The Red, Woodsist, Castle Face, Captured Tracks and Sacred Bones under their belt, The Fresh & Onlys have already carved a name for themselves. Now they return with their fourth LP, the big, sprawling and woozily psychedelic ‘Long Slow Dance’ (or ‘L.S.D.’), out September 3rd.

Before then, they release 7” single ‘Yes or No’ this coming Monday June 18th. ‘Yes Or No’ is a kick ass love song. Bassist Shayde Sartain explains, “it was meant to be an anthem, but I guess you could say it was more desperate—the overwhelming desire to please someone and then feeling as though you have failed and being confused by that.”
