Japandroids UK/EU Tour Dates Announced
Following on from their inclusion in this year's Polaris Prize long list last week, Vancouver duo Japandroids have announced a full UK and European tour starting this August that will take them through September and includes Pitchfork's Music Festival in November. This comes on the heels of the rapturously received new album 'Celebration Rock' and their current North American tour, where they have sold out shows in Seattle, Portland, SF, LA, San Diego, Denver, Chicago, Toronto, NYC, Brooklyn, Philly, DC and Vancouver.
'Celebration Rock', featuring eight new tracks, is available now on CD/LP/Digital. Their first single for 'The House That Heaven Built' with Nick Cave & The Bad Seeds 'Jack The Ripper' cover on the b-side is currently available on iTunes and 7″. Buy it here: link
