Nightwave Announces Tour Dates With MJ Cole
Slovenia born and raised Maya Medvesek, known by the artist name of Nightwave is a London based Producer, DJ & Vocalist.
Nightwave is a name and face already familiar to many, following releases on Unkown to The Unknown, Svetlana, Fortified, Seed Records & Ministry of Sound’s Adventures in Dubstep & Beyond compilation. Not to mention an RBMA graduate & the vocalist on Rustie’s (Warp) ‘Surph’ single which hit day time radio playlists, garnering support from presenters far & wide, such as Grimmers, Sarah Cox & Fearne Cotton right through to Pete Tong, Zane Lowe & Annie Mac.
Appearing in multiple ‘Ones to watch’ features across the board this year, it’s no secret that Nightwave has become a firm favourite as one of the most exciting DJ’s & producers to emerge from the booming London bass music scene.
Following an incredible set at Sonar in Barcelona last week, where Nightwave was herald as a winner by XLR8R and received acclaim from the likes of Nialler 9, Discobelle & Clash Magazine to name just a few, Maya sets out on a tour of the UK with MJ Cole & Friends this week.
