VIDEO: Ethan Ash – Make You Smile

Following supports to Ed Sheeran and Seth Lakeman, the exceptionally talented Ethan Ash releases a six track EP, ‘Playing By Numbers’, on October 1st. Along with a video to accompany one of the tracks and a special 30 minute video of a live studio session with guest musicians.

Tipped as ‘one to watch’ by Acoustic Magazine, Ethan will support the EP with an Autumn tour and add to his current busy gig schedule which included playing slots with P Money, Foy Vance, Leddra Chapman, Passenger, Rachel Sermanni and John Bramwell (I Am Kloot), headline shows at The Stables in Milton Keynes and The Glee Club, Birmingham and sets at Camp Bestival, The Secret Garden Party, Y Not Festival, MK International Festival and several other festivals.

In early 2010 Ethan Ash released his debut EP and soon found himself supporting Seth Lakeman and Nick Harper on the live circuit, touring extensively and being invited to play a headline show at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival. The debut single from a second EP, ‘No Early Nights’, released in autumn 2010, was chosen as an iTunes Single of the Week.

Summer 2011 saw him play him play the Main Stage at The Secret Garden Party and sets at Cambridge Folk Festival, Guilfest and Bestival, as well as many other memorable gigs, including playing ‘Music Week’ and ASCAP showcases in London and at the famous Ronnie Scotts.

Ethan has on-going support from BBC Introducing and supported Ed Sheeran on his October 2011 sell-out UK tour during which he gained hundreds of new fans. With the release of Ethan’s “Playing By Numbers’ EP his popularity will no doubt grow.
