STREAM: Juveniles Party Mix Tape

OUI LOVE returns in November 2012 with three of the best up-and-coming artists from the live French electronic music scene: Glittery electro-disco duo JUPITER, “the new wave of the new wave” trio JUVENILES, and hypnotic Franco-American producer/songwriter YAN WAGNER.

The mini tour will take in three dates across Brighton, London, and Manchester:
20 Nov – Brighton Blind, Tiger Club (in association with Melting Vinyl)
21 Nov – London, Shacklewell Arms (in association with Bird On The Wire)
22 Nov – Manchester, Soup Kitchen (in association with Hey Manchester!)

Juveniles are no strangers to the UK’s musical shores, having wowed a packed-out crowd for their set at The Great Escape earlier this year. Namechecking influences such as New Order and Cut Copy, Juveniles’ crooning vocals lilting on a wave of bewitching electronic pop is something akin to a new wave Scott Walker.

After releasing two singles on Kitsuné and a host of remixes for Yelle, Stuck In The Sound and Is Tropical, they formed their own label, Paradis Records, to release their new EP, to be released in the UK on 29/11, and their first album, due in 2013, licensed to A/Z – Universal.
