VIDEO: The Lancashire Hotpots – Beer Festival

The Lancashire Hotpots release their new single “The Beer Festival” complete with ‘B’ side Karaoke version and bonus track “The Perfect Pint” – Karaoke version. The track is taken from their recently released, and highly successful, 6th studio album – “A Hard Days Pint”.

The video for the single, which was filmed at St Helens Beer Festival, is quite possibly the first pop promo filmed at a beer festival and performed in true Hotpots style!

Currently on their biggest ever UK tour, this winter will see the band make visits to London, Birmingham, Manchester, Newcastle, Nottingham, Sheffield, Leeds, York, Blackburn and Preston.

In 2012 the band were approached and asked to appear on the national TV show Britain’s Got Talent. Sadly, for the producers and the UK nation, the band declined as Bernard advised “Yes, we’re desperate, but we’re not THAT desperate”.

The Lancashire Hotpots were also invited to cook their signature dish and take part in the ITV1 cooking show ‘Food Glorious Food’, which was filmed this Autumn and will be broadcast in early 2013.

The band, who have twice appeared at Glastonbury Festival in the last three years, also performed at this years Kendal Calling Festival where they shared the stage with Dizzee Rascal and Maximo Park, and played to their biggest audience to date.
