Wakestock 2013 Announces New Dates Ahead Of Presale

In the Wakestock camp there are rumblings of some important news regarding next year’s festival. Wakestock 2013, Europe’s largest wakeboard music festival will now take place on the 12th, 13th and 14th of July 2013. Dates have moved to one week later than those originally announced. This means that the festival still remains outside of the busy summer period but is at a time when more school leavers should be able to attend.

With Christmas fast approaching, the Early bird tickets for Wakestock 2013 will go on sale on December 7th at 9am. These tickets will be up for grabs at 2012 prices. The prices will remain frozen until all Early Bird tickets have sold out. There will be a slight increase once all have sold so get hold of yours as soon as possible. What a great Christmas present for a Wakestock fan!

Over the years we have received a huge number of requests to amend the age of those able to attend Wakestock. The festival are pleased to announce that the 2013 event will change from a minimum age limit of 16 to a minimum age of 12, although attendees between the ages of 12 and 16 must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 25 to gain access to the festival site or any of the campsites. This is a big development for Wakestock and they look forward to welcoming a wider age range next year.

There’s loads of exciting announcements to come over the coming weeks and months, including full details of the 2013 bands and DJ’s, the international riders who will be travelling over to compete at the event, plus full details of loads of additions and improvements we have planned for the festival next year. Next year’s event looks set to be a belter, so get hold of you tickets now!
