STREAM: Virals – Strange Fruit
After releasing two widely acclaimed EPs on Sexbeat (White Fence, Fear of Men, Fresh & Onlys) and Tough Love Records (Male Bonding, Weird Dreams), Shaun Hencher’s Virals return from they left off, kicking out the jams and kicking off your 2013. Recorded in the summer of 2012 with Virals (Live) Guitarist, this record again see’s just the two them playing all instruments and overseeing all recording, this time channelling what could be described as a little old fashioned Tom Petty/Badfinger-esque musclerock, but coupled with the power of all those 90’s bands like sugar….
The band plays a London release show for this EP on the 14th January at ‘Birthdays’, support comes from ‘Chain of Flowers’ and ‘Primitive Parts’.
