Olive Tree is the debut single from Ayrshire’s Brown Bear and the Bandits. Great song and a great video to go along with it.
Olive Tree is mellow and reflective, an emotional folk based track from the Largs three piece. Their acoustic sound uses Celtic rhythms and pop hooks to form a dynamic musical approach, and they are a tremendous live band.
Brown Bear and the Bandits are Matt Hickman (Lead Vocals, Guitar), Stuart McArthur (Bass, Backing Vocals) and Kay McLaren (Drums, Cajon, Backing Vocals).
Brown Bear & The Bandits will also feature on the brand new and pretty exciting really BBC Alba Scottish music show RAPAL TV which starts on 21 February. The band will perform five (yep, FIVE) songs on 28 February.
