Die Antwoord Announce Two UK Dates

South Africa’s zef rap-rave cult icons Die Antwoord have announced just two UK shows this June at The Ritz in Manchester on Friday 21st and London’s O2 Academy Brixton on Saturday 22nd.

Their debut album, $O$, was first made available February 2010 as a free download on their official website, and the band launched their first music videos, “Enter the Ninja” and “Zefside” on DIEANTWOORD.COM.

Their second record TEN$ION (January 2012) was recorded and produced in South Africa by DJ Hi-Tek with additional production by Ninja. Performing at global festivals last summer, including Sonar, ACL Festival and Voodoo Festival, the band also hit the road for selected dates UK and US shows.

This is not a band you want to miss live. Tickets go on general sale Friday 22nd February 2013 at 9am.
