The video for ‘Matmos’, the opening track from Echo Street, the new album by Amplifier, is now online on the bands YouTube channel, and we have it for you right here,
The video is also streaming on the album mini-site which also features info on the album, downloads, pre-order links, audio, live dates plus a free MP3 of ‘Matmos’.
Echo Street is the follow up to the 2011album The Octopus and the band’s first with a new four-piece line-up – and their first since signing with the Kscope label. The deal sees the band come full circle. Sales of independently released The Octopus left them amazed and delighted, and encouraged them to headhunt the promise of Kscope (home to Anathema, Steven Wilson, Porcupine Tree) to now provide the best of both worlds – artistic freedom and commercial clout to take Amplifier to a new level.
Echo Street is now available to pre-order from the Kscope store. The album is available on CD, double vinyl and as a limited, deluxe two disc edition. The deluxe edition is packaged in a 60 page hardback book and also features the new Sunriders EP an additional record of new tunes, exclusive to this release. The album can also be pre-ordered from iTunes.
