Flair Leisure Products have released Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles as a new toy line. Fans of the series can now grab their favourite Turtle and pit them off against their most fearsome foe. So, whether you are a fan of Leonardo, Michelangelo, Raphael, Donatello – or all four! They are here now to be collected.
Each figure comes with his trademark look, as well as specific trademark weapon. We had a closer look at a couple of the figures and can conform that each have a sturdy structure as well as mobile limbs. The detail of the shell and skin texture is also pretty good, as opposed to just a smooth surface. There is also the added bonus of there not just being the trademark weapons, but also a few back -ps for each figure featuring blades and throwing stars – everything to keep a good ninja warrior prepared to face off against Shredder and his dreaded Foot soldiers.
Speaking of the devil, Shredder has also been releases as have his army. But there are other villains to look out for, as well as the occasional ally in the form of Splinter and April O’Neil.
But it doesn’t stop there: There are also vehicles and sets you can buy as well. For getting around the turtles use their Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Shell Raiser Vehicle. But if you want to go all out on purchases then look no further than the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Secret Sewer Lair Playset. That is the one worth waiting for Christmas for and is truly epic in its size.
The age group recommendation is 4+ for these. We think they will appeal to an older age group right up to hitting double figures. You’re also looking at a decent enough price of around £9.99 per figure which isn’t going to break the bank. This is a boys own set to collect, and there are plenty of additions for the series for any kid to make it worth collecting.
