90s Nostalgia Beats 1D As Ready To Rumble Comes Out Fighting

The 90s were brilliant eh? People had curtain haircuts, Geoff from Byker Grove died in a horrific firework accident, the Fun House twins were causing confused feelings in adolescent boys…

Well now the 90s are back and it’s not just PJ & Duncan at number one. Following an appearance by 90s bands on Ant & Dec’s primetime show Saturday Night Takeaway, excitement has built to fever-pitch and The Big Reunion tour has become the most popular ticket in the UK.

Demand for The Big Reunion was significant when the tour was first announced but interest has soared since some of the bands appeared on primetime TV,” said Louise Mullock, spokesperson for Seatwave. “It seems that the 90s really are back… for the time being at least.

Demand to see the former chart-toppers in concert has rocketed, making bands like 5ive, Blue, Bewitched, 911 and Atomic Kitten temporarily more popular than even Beyoncé and One Direction.
