Slam Dunk Festival Announces Itch, Devil Sold His Soul & Solo Stage Line Up

Ex Kings Blues man Itch joins Devil Sold His Soul, Decade front man Alex Sears and A Loss For Words singer Matty Arsenault as the latest announcements for this year’s Slam Dunk Festival on 25th, 26th and 27th May 2013 in Leeds, London and Wolverhampton.

Sears will be performing as sophomore, while Arsenault takes to the stage as Class Of ‘92 – debut UK appearances for both side projects, who are also joined on the solo stage by:

Andrew McMahon
Jonny Craig
Gavin Butler
William Beckett
Ace Enders
Chas Palmer Williams
Marc Halls

Sears and Arsenault met previously when Decade supported A Loss For Words on their UK tour in October last year, and are both pleased to be performing together again at the iconic pop punk festival, the Northern Leeds date of which has now sold out.

Sophomore is more or less just a way to flex my creative muscles, so I was so stoked that people have shown such a positive reaction to it and want to see me play the material live” says Sears “I love having the option to write any style of music that I want, without the restraint that you might get with a full band each with their own voice and opinion. It’ll be really special to play them to a small crowd at Slam Dunk and to hang with Matty again – I can’t wait!
