Selena Gomez Tour Interest Rivals Ex-Boyfriend Bieber For Tickets

It looks like Selena Gomez has the Bieber factor as thousands of fans vied for tickets to Selena Gomez’s one-off London show as they went on sale on Friday, according to ticket marketplace Seatwave.

Seatwave had already recorded levels of interest comparable to the buzz before Justin Bieber’s UK tour. This buzz is despite Gomez keeping a much lower profile than her ex-boyfriend Justin Bieber, who has been plagued by controversy recently.

Louise Mullock, spokesperson for Seatwave, said: “Despite Selena Gomez not having the star power of Justin Bieber or garnering the same level of publicity, the level of interest in her UK show is surprisingly high. The fact that it is a one-off, in a relatively small venue, is playing a big role in raising interest among fans. Add to this Gomez’s recent film role, which potentially exposed her to a new audience, and we have all the ingredients we need for a sell-out show.”
