There is now just over a month to go until the 14th annual Whitehaven Festival and more live music acts confirmed than ever before. Busted’s James Bourne will be supporting McFly on Friday 21st June, followed by an old school rockin’ 70s line-up on Saturday 22nd with Bruce Foxton from The Jam, Sweet and Slade. Sunday 23rd will be a big charity finale with performances from the legendry Les McKeown’s Bay City Rollers and Alvin Stardust.
The festival which takes place around the stunning working harbour of Whitehaven in Cumbria will be hosting a huge mix of entertainment. Not only live music from top bands, but, street theatre, visiting ships, air shows, fireworks, celebrity chef demonstrations and fantastic food markets.
