Fillegar’s New Local Gets A New Video
Illinois’ Filligar have unveiled the video for their huge anthem ‘New Local’, which is taken from their anticipated album Hexagon. The video, recently premiered by Clash, was filmed by the band in Amsterdam and fully explores the rousing spirit of the track.
The track opens their new album Hexagon – a body of work that has seen the young quartet truly come of age. Full of intelligent, dense yet consistently engaging rock tracks, the album takes a stomping blues template and skews it with a youthful urgency. Having previously shared stages with the likes of The Black Keys, Alabama Shakes and My Mourning Jacket, Filligar are becoming known as one of America’s most hardworking and exciting live bands.
The album Hexagon is released through Decade on September 23rd.
