Hot Chip maestro Joe Goddard has a nice little Friday number to share with you today in the form of new single Taking Over.

The video for his latest 6music A-listed track ‘Taking Over’ features a singing kebab – it has to be seen to be believed. The title track taken from Joe’s recent ‘Taking Over’ EP references that time of the night when you’re fully consumed with music.

In Joe’s own words: “the title ‘Taking Over’ is, a reference to that moment when the music at a club starts to really hit you, when it forces you to focus on it and the night ahead.”
