SON LUX Announces New Dates + Remix Following Sell Out Shows

Aside from decimating the hipster-blogosphere with new album ‘Lanterns’ released late last year through Joyful Noise Recordings, Son Lux has been concentrating on bringing his intricate & mesmerizing live show to Europe as of next week.

With most of the shows, including The Lexington in London on January 23rd, now sold out, Son Lux has confirmed a return to the capital for a show at XOYO on May 21st.

Last week a new wintery remix of ‘Easy’, one of the album highlights from ‘Lanterns’, was posted online.

The remix is by elusive French producer Arandel who explained “We liked the original version for its very creative arrangements, its complex and smart polyrhythmic figures and its weird, sparky, yet unidentified sounds. Basically, we just tried to slow it down a bit and find a different groove to it.”
