Deftones And 11 More Bands Added To Sonisphere UK

12 new bands have been added to the Sonisphere roster for 2014 in the UK at Knebworth. The biggest name to stand out from this list is The Deftones. It looks likely that the band will play on the Saturday right before headlining act Iron Maiden.

This marks the first time The Deftones will play Sonisphere, adding a fresher sound to the set list for those that are returning after the two year hiatus.

Also added are Frank Turner and his band The Sleeping Souls, Reel Big Fish, Protest The Hero, Alestorm, Truckfighters, Kerbdog, Only Crime, Blitz Kids, Itch, Max Raptor and Hounds.

Early Bird Weekend tickets for Sonisphere 2014 are on sale now priced at £170 (limited availability). The highly popular deposit scheme will also be running from now until April, meaning fans will be able to reserve their tickets for an initial payment of just £50.
