Breton – 15 Minutes

Breton will release their new single ‘Fifteen Minutes’ on 14th April 2014 through Cut Tooth/Believe Recordings. ‘Fifteen Minutes’ is taken from their recently released second album ‘War Room Stories’ and is a highly charged track that captures the spirited energy of the band. The song is written around a field recording of a fierce argument between a couple in a damaged relationship.

The video was directed by long time collaborator and friend of the band, the renowned film maker and photographer Niall O’Brien. It’s a dark but intriguing piece that features the acclaimed actor Francis Magee (who, among his many roles, played Yoren in Game of Thrones) and the award winning actor Charlene McKenna. O’Brien’s visual interpretation of the song explores the complexity of emotional attachment to powerful effect.
