Boy Jumps Ship Release Still Alive Video After Rude Records Signing
We’ve been watching ’em for a while and now the lads from Boy Jumps Ship have revealed they’re just signed to Rude Records.
To celebrate they’ve released the video for their new single Still Alive which you can check out below, a heady taster of their gritty, working class alt-rock that should stand them in good stead for 2014.
The Geordie lads are currently touring Europe and the UK from this week with Arcane Roots and then playing a series of festivals this summer including 2000 Trees, The Great Escape and Liverpool Sound City.
Si Todd, vocalist, said of the news: “We’re over the moon to be joining the Rude Records family. To be associated with such a well-respected label is pretty surreal, these guys have put out albums by some of our favourite bands like The Maine and I Am The Avalanche to name just a few. The important thing for us as a band was to find a label that is just as passionate about our music as we are, and we feel like we have that with the guys at Rude.”
