FrightFest Biscuits 2013

As earlier reported, Filmwerk have commissioned a special set of biscuit designs for this years’ FrightFest. Pastry Chef, Bernadette Box, got to work this week to design over two dozen biscuits from iconic designs that we gave her.

In the mix were the likes the sweater and glove from A nightmare on Elm Street, Jason’s mask and a machete from the Friday the 13th series (Yes sod off we know not the first two films!), Michael Meyers mask and the knife from Halloween, Chucky from the Child’s Play series Candyman’s hook from, er, Candyman, the Lemarchand’s Box (Or the Lament Configuration) from Hellraiser, Leatherface and a chainsaw from The Texas Chainsaw Massacre and various others.

Here are a couple of the work in progress shots of the biscuits coming together.

Also into the mix we asked Box to design a few of the now well know Zombie designs from the official FrightFest posters created by Graham Humphreys.

Bernadette also took it upon herself to make a biscuit out of the Humphrey’s designs of the four main organizers of the festival, Paul McEvoy, Ian Rattray, Greg Day and Alan Jones.
