Fresh Chops: United Ghosts
Here’s a nice new one for a sunny Friday from LA based United Ghosts, who add an urgent searchlight-beam of pulsing electronica to their trademark blend of shoegaze and psychedelia on latest single ‘Out of Love’
Premiered by Lauren Laverne this week, this is a pounding feel-good single with a synth-heavy heart and a flower child edge; deliciously moreish.
Stripping back from a full band set up to the two founding members Sha Sabi and Axel Ray Steuerwald, their new EP ‘Dear Electric Sun’ is released 4th August and oozes with boy/girl vocal harmonies, moody krautrock influences and futuristic ambience.
