Fresh Chops: Redinho

Fresh chops from Redinho today, the secret weapon in the Numbers arsenal who will be releasing his eponymous debut album via the Glasgow label collective on 22nd September 2014.

‘Playing With Fire’ is a brand new track that plays like a dream in this endless summer heat and peels like an onion for the music fan – consecutive layers of synth, vocals and beats are built into a futuristic, trippy electronic take on the funk of Parliament and the ‘Fire’ of Jimmy Hendrix. Deciphering the vibe of this one is half the fun; we’re still not really sure.

Redinho will be performing live at Bestival as part of the Numbers’ Red Bull Music Academy stage takeover on Thursday 4th September.
