Defeater’s Derek Archambault Launches Pledge Campaign For Surgery

Derek Archambault of Defeater and Alcoa is in the midst of a crowd funding effort to raise money for a much needed hip replacement surgery.

While almost 75% of the money needed to fund the surgery has been raised, the goal is still far from reached.

Archambault has recorded four cover songs and a new version of a fan favourite on his Thank You EP. Additionally, the EP features a new version of Defeater’s “I Don’t Mind”, and acoustic covers of “Shambles” by Make Do And Mend, Blacklisted’s “Stations” and “Young Kerouacs” by I Am The Avalanche.
