P!nk and Dallas Green Launch You+Me Collaboration
Former Alexisonfire man Dallas Green has launched another musical project outside his City & Colour day job and this time it’s with someone you really might not expect – Alecia Moore, aka pop princess P!nk.
Yep, really – apparently they met through her husband and motocross rider Carey Hart and hit it off instantly. Of course they did. Aren’t celebrities great?
Anyway, their new project You+Me will be releasing a new album entitled rose ave. on October 14th via RCA Records. The 10 track album will be available for pre-order at iTunes starting tomorrow. Fans who pre-order the album on iTunes will receive an instant grat of the lead track “You And Me”.
Earlier today, You+Me released the lyric video for “You And Me” which you can check out here – a perfectly penned slice of poppy, schmaltzy Americana (we mean that in a good way):
