Fresh Chops: Pianos Become The Teeth

Everyone knows Tuesday is the best day for a good old cry, so get stuck into these Fresh Chops from Pianos Become The Teeth and weep yourself into Wednesday.

‘Late Lives’ is the latest track from the Baltimore band is taken from their Epitaph released album ‘Keep You’. They’ll be hitting our shores in January on a headline tour so you can have a good old sob down the front while you wear your Taking Back Sunday shirt and remember how young and carefree you used to be.

Seriously though it’s actually a really good emo track, a sombre and swelling beast that blossoms into a rousing anthem, or as guitarist Mike York puts it: “David doesn’t even hit a snare drum until two-and-a-half minutes in.”

‘Keep You’ is out on October 27th.

To support Keep You, the band will be touring the UK and Europe throughout January:

Tue 27 Jan – England – Bristol – The Exchange
Wed 28 Jan – England – Nottingham – Rescue Rooms
Thu 29 Jan – Scotland – Glasgow – Audio
Fri 30 Jan – England – Manchester – Sound Control
Sat 31 Jan – England – London – Underworld
