This new one from Peterborough’s Blonde Bunny is absolutely bonkers, so of course we love it.
They’ve just released their brand new video to their impending single entitled ‘While We’re Sleeping’, to be released on an extremely limited run of cassettes, complete with B-Side ‘Termite’.
Blonde Bunny will be supporting The Wytches on five dates of their impending tour, a match that might make more sense that you would at first think. On the new single they artfully weave spaced-out sonics with powerful shoegaze and psych to create something more meaningful than the sum of its parts.
There’s also an arresting guitar swell that sounds like a freight train steaming towards a car on the tracks that lends a distinct tension to the otherwise floaty-light track. We like that bit.
The band will bring their eccentricity-laced live show to The Shacklewell Arms, Dalston for their single release show on Friday 17th October.
October 17th – London, The Shacklewell Arms
October 25th – Nottingham, The Chameleon
December 2nd – Birmingham, Hare and Hounds (w/ The Wytches)
December 3rd – London, Scala (w/ The Wytches)
