Following last week’s online meltdown over NOFX front man Fat Mike assaulting a fan during a show in Sydney, the band have posted a sort of apologetic spoof video featuring said fan that goes some way to inferring that there are no hard feelings.
The fan, named Alex, got the chance to settle the score after getting blasted in the face for putting his arm around Fat Mike during a show in Sydney – the NOFX singer claimed a lingering neck injury was causing him trouble and lead to him lashing out violently.
Subsequently, the band invited Alex to the next show and took him backstage, where he got to share a beer with the guys and kick Mike in the shins.
Is this feeble PR stunt enough to justify a pretty vicious and relatively unprovoked attack? Let us know your thoughts…
