A beautiful new slice of electronica from R I T U A L today – Blood Flow is the third track to be heard from their forthcoming debut EP ‘The Fall’, which is set to be self-released on December 1st.
Impressively, this high-production sounding single was self produced by the band, flowing lucidly between presumably FourTet-inspired percussive, rhythmic beats, lush RnB vocals and a throbbing, hypnotic vocal harmony that swells organically with the throb of the bass.
As soundscapes go, it’s a near perfect audio representation of the theme of the track – a pulsating, muscular number that coagulates in the speakers into something more sumptuous and multi-faceted than many of their contemporaries are offering.
Interesting stuff, well worth a listen.
