Altogether now “FUCK THE WINTER!”

Luckily we’ve got this new track from Black Yaya to pull us through the early darkness and biting cold today and it’s practically radiant with summer vibes.

Mix up a tonne of stretched out cassette tape distortion, frantic guitar solos and squeezebox oompah with a laid back groove and some reverby vocals and you’ve got a recipe for a S.A.D cure that should leave a smile on your face and a spring in your step all day.

The solo project of David Ivar, who in turn is half of experimental pop duo Herman Dune, this funky little number is taken from Ivar’s debut self-titled LP set for release on March 2nd via City Slang.
