What happens when West Coast hip hop meets 80s slap bass and the synthetic, glitchy squalls of modern electronica? Something magical, apparently, if you’re Bella Union’s new signing Clarence Clarity.
This smooth little number is oozing with intellectual cool and a laid back bounce that immediately marks this young man out as one to watch for next year when his debut album ‘No Now’ drops on 2nd March.
“This album can be a constant reminder of the infinite flexibility of an absurd universe” comments Clarence “You are free if you want to be. And there will be no shame.
